Walshe’s Freshly Pressed Apple Juice
• 350ml Walshe’s Freshly Pressed Apple Juice
• 6 Medium Chicken Thighs
• Salt and Pepper
Heat a deep pan, add apple juice and bring to a low boil. Add in chicken thighs and sprinkle the meat with salt and pepper. Lower pan to a simmer and cover the pan, cooking for 15 minutes. Flip Chicken, partially cover the pan and cook for another 15 minutes, allow some steam to escape in order for the apple juice to reduce and thicken. Cook for a further 15-20 minutes until juice is thick and syrupy (turning half way through. Watch closely for last 2-3 minutes as it can burn quickly. Remove from heat once chicken is cooked through and the juice resembles honey in consistency.
