Walshe’s Pineapple Chunks
• 2 x 200g Walshe’s Pineapple Chunks
• 5 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
• ½ teaspoon cinnamon
• Zip Lock Bag
Place Pineapple Chunks on to skewers, place brown sugar and cinnamon into zip lock bag and add pineapple skewers. Shake the bag so all the pineapple is coated and refrigerate for half an hour. Grill on a medium heat until golden brown.
